Pro-Connections Fulfillment LLC has grown over the past years to include first, McMillan Printing in 2006 and now Gage Printing in 2010.  This rounds out our services to include one, two or full color printing.  So now we can take your project from creation to putting it in the mail and into your customers hands.  We also do business to business printing.  Look for more changes to our website as we update it with services and other exciting changes. Pro-Connections Fulfillment was started in November of 2002.  As owner of the business I have 20 years experience in the fulfillment industry.  Ten years with Core Communications, Inc in Battle Creek and 2 years with Impressions, Inc whose corporate office is in Elkhart, IN, the balance as owner of Pro-Connections Fulfillment.   The desire to operate my own business comes from the experience I have gained over the years in knowing how to deal with the customers and to ultimately satisfy their needs.  The following is the company information.  Company Summary:  Pro-Connections Fulfillment provides an accurate inventory control system with distribution of literature and products on an as needed basis for companies who find it too costly and time consuming to perform the task in house.  We perform these functions in a manner, which is effortless to both the customer and the end user.  Mission:  Our desire is to become an extension of our customers company.  To perform our services with accuracy and efficiency.  We strive to stay one step in front of our customers and to anticipate their needs before they become their problems.   Keys to Success:             ·  Excellence in literature and product distribution –                accurate and timely             ·  To have our customers refer to us as an extension of their own organization             ·  Always looking for better processes in  our daily activities to add more value for the customer  Services:  Pro-Connections Fulfillment offers distribution services to companies who find it both cumbersome and costly to perform like services in house.  Not only do we distribute literature we also do special fulfillment projects such as binder collation and assembly, product kits, mailings and processing of trade show leads.  Our services include but are not limited to the following: ·        Inventory control:  maintain a database and track each item as it is requested ·        Distribution:  filling orders for literature and products and shipping them to the end user via the most efficient and economical means ·        Reporting:  we provide reports that summarize who ordered what, how much has been used over a certain period of time and reports that can be used for internal charge backs or billing.  Our re-order reports alert customers to items that are getting low and need to be replenished ·        Special Projects:  our vast experience allows us to tackle a new project with great insight ·        Mass Mailings:  we are familiar with postal regulations and utilize discounts offered through the US Postal Service. ·        800 Number Services:  we can answer calls via multiple telephone lines as though we are our customers business for the purpose of taking orders  Competitive Comparison:  Our competition comes from either companies such as ours or in-house departments within a company.  Differences: ·        Like companies may have many similarities, however if you dig into them you will find that we are different in that we take a great deal of pride in what we do and consider ourselves an extension of our clients business.  Our associates go above and beyond what is typically expected.  We believe there is no customer too small.  Our associates have many years of experience in this area and believe that what they are doing really does make a difference. ·        In-House Departments typically have other tasks they are responsible for so the distribution takes the back seat.  When in fact it is probably one of the more important things in the scope of increasing a companies’ revenues. ·        We are experts in our fields and have dedicated our careers to providing timely, accurate services to our customers.
